No-show policy: if you don't arrive, we may release your table after 10 minutes.

Last‘minute cancellation: please let us know at least 1 hour in advance, otherwise it affects other guests.

Table hold: we hold your table for a maximum of 10 minutes past the reservation time.

Busy hours: during peak times we strictly follow these rules to serve everyone fairly.

Because we're often fully booked, your understanding helps us maintain a great experience for all.
